Wheel alignment
Wheel alignment machines for cars and trucks
Ten aligner models split by the vehicle they serve: six for cars, four for trucks, all camera-based 3D systems in configuration terms. Alignment is sold on configuration and software, so specify this family by spec sheet: request the sheet for your configuration and work through it before you order, rather than by a printed parameter table.

Two alignment ranges, one measuring idea
The car range runs XP-A6, XP-A7, XP-A8, XP-A9, XP-A9L and XP-A10: camera-based 3D aligners built around a camera beam or camera posts, wheel targets and clamps, and a cabinet carrying the alignment software and the vehicle database. They are normally paired with a four-post alignment lift or a scissor alignment platform so the vehicle sits level on turntables while it is measured. The XP-A10 heads the range as the full-automatic 3D model in the manufacturer's line-up.
The truck range runs XP-A11, XP-A12, XP-A13 and XP-A14 and scales the same idea up: measuring arrangements that cover long wheelbases, targets and clamps sized for truck wheels, and software routines for multi-axle vehicles. What decides between models is configuration — camera arrangement, cabinet and display package, clamp set, software scope — so work through configuration and bay fit on the detail pages, and take the numbers from the model's own specification sheet.

| Item | What it is / how it is handled |
|---|---|
| Car aligners | XP-A6, XP-A7, XP-A8, XP-A9 and XP-A9L — 3D camera aligners for passenger cars and light vehicles. |
| Full-automatic 3D | XP-A10 — the head of the car range, for high-throughput alignment bays. |
| Truck aligners | XP-A11, XP-A12, XP-A13 and XP-A14 — long-wheelbase measuring setups for trucks. |
| Alignment lifts | The four-post alignment lift and the in-ground scissor family sit in the lift categories; the aligner pages explain the pairing. |
| Software and database | Alignment software and the vehicle database are part of every model's configuration conversation. |
Bay facts to settle before an aligner quote
- The longest vehicle you align, and whether trucks are occasional or daily work.
- Bay length, and where the camera beam or posts can stand without blocking the door line.
- Which lift the aligner works over: four-post with turntables, scissor, or a drive-on arrangement.
- Whether you need fast drive-through checks or a fixed full-alignment bay.
- Your power supply, and where the cabinet and printer will stand.
Questions buyers ask about wheel alignment
How do I get an aligner's figures?
Ask for alignment accuracy and measuring range per configuration: a number without the configuration behind it misleads more than it helps. Request the full specification sheet for the model you are considering, including measuring range and accuracy, before you specify it, and compare sheets model against model.
Can one aligner cover cars and the occasional truck?
That depends on measuring distance, clamp range and software scope, which differ between the car and truck groups. Describe your truck work honestly in the inquiry — a car aligner stretched to daily truck work is a poor buy, and a truck aligner in a car-only bay is money parked in the wrong machine.
Do you supply the alignment lift as well?
Yes — the four-post alignment lift XP-4-5019A and the in-ground scissor family are in this catalogue, and the aligner pages describe how the pairing is normally put together. Quote the aligner and the lift as one package so turntables, slip plates and the rolling jack are settled together.
Send an inquiry
Ask for the unit matched to your work. Send the model code you are considering and the work it will do each week; ask for that model's specification sheet in return.
