Fit check: spend two minutes on the facts table below, and ask for the quotation to be built from the facts in your first message.

The inquiry form

Fields marked * are the minimum a reply needs: who you are and a working email. Everything else you add — model code, vehicles, building, power, port — belongs in the first message; add it now rather than in a second round.

Give your voltage and the vehicles you work on, and name the model code where you have one — and ask for the quotation to be built against the facts you send.

What a complete inquiry looks like

A complete inquiry for a lift reads like a measurement sheet: the model code, the heaviest and longest vehicle, the ceiling height at the bay, the floor facts, the supply phase and the delivery port. For wheel-service equipment it reads like a work diary: rim sizes, wheel weights, volumes per week and the stiffest job of the month. Both shapes are short — send yours complete, with the governing facts attached.

If you cannot fill every line, send the ones you have. A missing governing fact — a ceiling, a wheelbase, a gas type — holds the decision open, so send it up front if you know it; guessing past it is what the form exists to prevent.
