Spray booths

Spray booths

A booth is controlled air you can paint in: filtered intake, steady extraction and a lit cabin sized for the vehicle. The range pairs two panel booths — XP-612 and XP-613 — with an inflatable family, XP-614 through XP-618, that shares the same internal working size.

Fit check: a booth is sized by the largest vehicle you paint and the building that has to contain the cabin and its ducting — measure both before comparing fan figures.

Panel booths and inflatable booths, one working size

Every booth in this range works around the same internal cabin — 6,900 × 3,900 mm, with internal height from 2,600 to 2,800 mm depending on model — so the choice is construction and airflow, not car fit. The XP-612 and XP-613 are the panel booths: the 612 draws 20,000 m³/h of intake air through two 3 kW fans under 32 LED ceiling lights, and the 613 adds a 5.5 kW exhaust fan to the same intake arrangement. Both run at 9 kW total power.

The XP-614, XP-615, XP-616 and XP-618 are the inflatable family: the same working cabin in a blow-up structure, with fan sets from 16.5 to 17 kW total power and intake capacities up to 25,000 m³/h. They suit sites that cannot build a cabin, seasonal overflow and operations that need the painting space to come down again. Work each family from its own detail page, with the full fan and power tables.

Checks before a booth quote

  • The largest vehicle you paint, with room to walk around it inside the cabin.
  • Paint volume: daily production painting or occasional refinishing.
  • Building height and the duct route from cabin to outside air.
  • Power capacity against the model's total power figure, three-phase 380V/220V.
  • Local rules for spray painting emissions and fire protection in your area.

Questions buyers ask about spray booths

Panel or inflatable booth?

Panel for daily production and a permanent installation; inflatable for occasional work, overflow and sites that cannot build. The portable booth guide argues the inflatable case in full, including where it stops being enough.

What decides finish quality most?

Air behaviour: intake volume, filtration and how evenly air moves through the cabin. The fan figures on the detail pages are therefore the numbers to compare first, ahead of cabin trim.

Can a booth go in an existing building?

Usually, if the height takes the cabin or the inflated structure and the duct route works; the checks above are the survey to walk through with the building in front of you.
