XP-7650
XP-7650 four post lift
The XP-7650 is the heavy platform in the four-post family: 5,000 kg on 4,800 mm runways, a main lift of 1,700 mm and a rolling jack that adds 350 mm of wheel-free lift at one end of the car.

What the heavy platform does all day
A 5,000 kg four-post earns its floor space in mixed work: heavy cars, vans and light trucks drive on without arm positioning, sit level for inspection, geometry checks and underbody work, and stay there as long as the job takes. The rolling jack turns the platform into a wheel-free station at one end — brakes, wheels and suspension at one axle without moving the vehicle to another lift.
The published cycle is unhurried, 50–60 seconds, which is platform behaviour rather than a defect: this class of lift trades speed for capacity and stability. Workshops feel that trade in the first week and organise around it; the two-post bays take the fast work and the platform takes the heavy and the long.
The specification, in context
Capacity 5,000 kg; platform 4,800 mm long by 550 mm wide per runway; minimum height 200 mm, which sets the lowest car that can drive on over the approach ramps; main lifting height 1,700 mm with the jack adding 350 mm; a 3.0 kW motor on 380V three-phase or 220V single-phase supply; 24 Mpa rated oil pressure and a 0.6–0.8 Mpa air supply for the locking system; machine weight 1,300 kg.
Two of those figures deserve a buyer's second look. The 200 mm minimum height plus ramp angle decides your sports-car work more than the capacity decides your van work. And the 4,800 mm platform against your longest vehicle's wheelbase — not its overall length — is the fit calculation; overhang beyond the runways is normal, wheelbase beyond them is not.

Checks before an XP-7650 quote
- Longest wheelbase against the 4,800 mm platform, and ramp room at both ends.
- Lowest car's clearance against the 200 mm minimum height and ramp angle.
- Air supply for the locks (0.6–0.8 Mpa) at the platform's position.
- Three-phase or single-phase supply for the 3.0 kW motor version you order.
- Floor area at 1,300 kg machine weight, with delivery access to match.
Questions buyers ask about 4 post lift
Can the XP-7650 take my van fleet?
At 5,000 kg and a 4,800 mm platform it is the family's van answer, provided wheelbases fit the runways. Send the longest wheelbase and the heaviest gross weight in the inquiry and ask for the fit to be confirmed against the table, not assumed.
What does the rolling jack actually lift?
One end of the vehicle, by 350 mm, off the runways — enough for wheel-free work at that axle. It is rated and positioned as part of the platform system; its own capacity for the exact configuration is a quote-stage confirmation worth asking for by name.
Platform or posts for heavy vehicles?
Platform for drive-on convenience and long stays; posts for full underbody access. The XP-7650's jack narrows the gap at one axle, but a workshop whose heavy work is gearbox-out still belongs on the two-post page.
