XP-1127 underground parking lift
The XP-1127 parks two vehicles in one unit's footprint at a 2,700 kg rating. Its specification is short and decisive: it accepts cars up to 5,000 mm long, 1,850 mm wide and 2,050 mm high — measure your cars before anything else.

A parking system, specified by the cars it accepts
Most machinery is specified by what the machine does; a parking system is specified by what fits in it. The XP-1127's published figures are exactly the buyer's checklist: two vehicles per unit, a 2,700 kg rating for the platform vehicle, and the available car envelope — 5,000 mm length, 1,850 mm width, 2,050 mm height. A car outside any one of those numbers is outside this system, and no amount of salesmanship changes the geometry.
The 'underground' in its name describes the system's pit-based installation class: the mechanism works from below the parking level, which is what gives the stacked arrangement its clean floor line. The installation — pit or structure, drainage, power and controls — as a site project of its own: specify it per order, and request its documents through the inquiry with your building's facts attached.
The daily routine, again honestly
Two cars, one slot, one order of leaving: the car that departs first must be the accessible one. Households solve it by routine; rental and storage operations solve it by allocation. What no parking system solves is two cars that both leave at unpredictable times — if that is your pattern, the honest purchase is a second ordinary space or the four-post storage platform, whose routine is more forgiving.
Weight discipline is the second routine: the 2,700 kg rating covers the great majority of cars and excludes the heaviest SUVs and laden vans. Weigh your actual cars — door-plate figures, not brochure memory — against the rating before the inquiry, and the conversation stays short.

Measurements to take before inquiring
- Both cars' lengths, widths and heights against the accepted envelope, door plates open.
- The platform car's true weight against the 2,700 kg rating.
- Building height and structure where the system will install, with the approach line.
- Departure order of the two cars on a normal week — stable, or not.
- Power position and the control position you want at the bay.
Questions buyers ask about xp-1127 parking lift
My car is 5,050 mm long. Close enough?
No. The 5,000 mm figure is the available length the system is published for; a car beyond it is not a fit question to negotiate. The four-post storage platform takes a different envelope — compare there.
Can the lower car be the heavier one?
The rating governs the platform vehicle; the lower car parks on the structure's floor level. State both cars' weights in the inquiry and have the allocation confirmed for your pair.
Is it suitable for outdoor installation?
Installation conditions are part of the per-order specification. Describe the site fully — surface, drainage, exposure — and ask for the confirmed requirements in writing.
Send an inquiry
Ask for the unit matched to your work. Send the model code you are considering and the work it will do each week; ask for that model's specification sheet in return.
