XP-601 / XP-600

XP-601 and XP-600 frame straightening benches

Two benches share one straightening standard — 100 kN of pulling capacity through a full 360° radius on 70 Mpa hydraulics — and divide on structure: the XP-601 carries 3,500 kg on a fixed 560 mm bench; the XP-600 adjusts from 350 to 1,150 mm at 3,000 kg.

Fit check: a bench fits your longest structural job and your measuring discipline — the pulling figures are shared, so the choice is height arrangement and load.

The shared pulling standard

Both benches pull at 100 kN — ten tonnes of controlled force — from a tower that works anywhere around the car's 360° radius, on a 70 Mpa hydraulic system with a 0.8 Mpa air supply for the auxiliary functions. That standard is the straightening capability; everything else about a bench is how the car is held and at what height the work happens. Both platforms are 5,600 mm long and 2,200 mm wide, which is the structural-car envelope the family is built around.

The pulling number deserves one clarification for buyers comparing across brands: capacity is the tower's maximum, and structural work uses what the damage requires, in small increments, against measurement. A bench is bought for control and reference, not for the biggest pull it can make once.

Fixed height or adjustable height

The XP-601's bench stands at 560 mm with the family's higher load rating, 3,500 kg: the simpler, stronger structure, for shops whose routine is set around one working height. The XP-600 adjusts its platform from 350 to 1,150 mm and offers a 6,000 mm length option alongside the 5,600, at a 3,000 kg rating — the flexible structure, for mixed work where panel and sill jobs at low height share the bench with structural pulls.

Neither is the upgrade of the other; they are two answers to how a body shop organises its bay. Ask for the measuring arrangement your technicians will work to to be confirmed per order — treat it as the third element of the purchase — and name it in the inquiry, asking for the quotation to cover the system you will actually use.

Checks before a bench quote

  • Your longest and heaviest structural jobs against the 5,600 mm platform and load ratings.
  • Working-height routine: fixed-height discipline or mixed-height flexibility.
  • The measuring method and data your shop works to, named in the inquiry.
  • Bay length for the bench plus full-radius pulling room at the tower.
  • Floor fixing and the air supply at 0.8 Mpa.

Questions buyers ask about car frame straightening machine

Is 100 kN enough for modern structures?

It is the family's published pulling capacity and it covers the structural work these benches are sold for; the operative question is control against measurement, and that is technique plus the measuring arrangement, both of which the quote conversation should cover for your job mix.

Which bench for a two-bay body shop?

The one whose height routine matches your work split. If the bench will live on structural jobs, the XP-601's fixed structure and higher rating argue for it; if it shares panel work daily, the XP-600's height range earns its place.

What clamps come with it?

The sill clamp set for your vehicle mix is part of the per-order configuration — name the vehicles in the inquiry and have the clamp set confirmed as supplied.

Send an inquiry

Ask for the unit matched to your work. Send the model code you are considering and the work it will do each week; ask for that model's specification sheet in return.
