X845 / X820
X845 and X820 refrigerant recovery machines
The X845 and X820 are the AC range's fully tabulated stations: the same service cycle and the same recovery and charge standards — at least 95% recovery efficiency, ±10 g charge accuracy, an 18 kg working tank — divided by display and filter capacity.

The shared service standard
Both stations run the complete cycle on one machine: recovery from the vehicle into the 18 kg working tank, vacuum to −1 bar within 15 minutes for leak-proving and drying, and weighed recharge. The shared figures are strong ones — recovery efficiency of at least 95%, charge accuracy of ±10 g — on a 3/8 HP compressor, with 3 m service hoses and a 340 ml oil bottle capacity. Both run 220V/50Hz.
The vacuum figure deserves a buyer's reading: pulling to −1 bar in 15 minutes is the leak screen and the moisture removal in one step, and a system that will not hold that vacuum is a system that should not be charged. The machine's discipline is the workshop's quality control, which is the real product an AC station sells.
Touch screen against button screen
The X845 carries a 7-inch touch screen and a 150 kg filter capacity; the X820 a 2.8-inch button screen and 100 kg of filter capacity. Everything else in the published tables is shared or near it — the X820 is the lighter machine (73 kg net against 85) in a slightly smaller cabinet. Filter capacity is a throughput figure: it counts the refrigerant processed between filter services, so high-volume shops consume the X820's smaller capacity proportionally faster.
Choose by volume and by glove reality. Touch screens and winter gloves have a known relationship; button screens and summer throughput have another. Your technicians' working pattern is a legitimate specification input, and it is exactly the kind the inquiry exists to carry.

Checks before an AC station quote
- Your refrigerant types — if they include R1234yf or two gases, start on the gas page instead.
- Weekly service volume against the 100/150 kg filter capacities.
- Technicians' preference: touch workflow or button workflow, with gloves on.
- Bay layout against the 3 m hose reach.
- Local refrigerant-handling rules your technicians work under.
Questions buyers ask about refrigerant recovery machine
Which gas do these two stations serve?
They are the range's standard-gas stations; the R1234yf and dual-gas work belongs to the X880 and X849 on the next page. If your fleet mix is changing gases, buy for the mix you will service, not the one you serviced last year.
Is ±10 g accuracy good?
It is the published charge accuracy and it is well inside what vehicle systems require to perform as designed; undercharging by guesswork is the common real-world failure, and a weighed charge is the cure.
How often do filters need service?
At the rated capacity in processed refrigerant — 150 kg on the X845, 100 on the X820. Divide by your weekly throughput and you have your service interval in weeks.
Send an inquiry
Ask for the unit matched to your work. Send the model code you are considering and the work it will do each week; ask for that model's specification sheet in return.
